Jeannie MacLean reports that Oceanbreeze Stables had a really good qualifying show in New Hampshire,
U.S.A. She came home with three Championships, three reserves, 19 firsts, 13
seconds, 3 thirds and a four. Her next qualifying show is June 26th in Cumberland Maine. We all wish her the best of luck!

The Miniature Horse Association of PEI is happy and excited to announce that we will be re-entering the Old Home Week show on August 12 and 13. We are hoping for a large turn-out of both exhibitors and spectators, so come on out and take part in the fun. More information can be found on our website in the near future.
The first large fundraiser our club put on was a huge success! Over 200 tickets were sold and the lucky winner of the $1000 dollars was Lou-Anne Wolfe. Thanks to all who showed their support.

At our last meeting we decided that we would create a list of possible obstacles (in hand & driving) for the show committees to choose from when planning their shows. Everyone is welcome to print this list and use it during practice times while getting ready for the upcoming show season! We hope that this list will help everyone in their preparation for this summer's events!

16. Drive through chicken crates
17. Pick up beach ball and keep in cart until next obstacle

All competitors in P.E.I. must have Island Horse Council Sport Insurance
in order to compete in sanctioned horse shows.
This insurance must be paid before Jan. 1st, 2010.
The forms can be downloaded from the website www.islandhorsecouncil.ca.
It is your responsibility to fill it out and mail it.
